At the two-day International GenAI Conclave in Kochi, organized by the Kerala State Industrial Development Corporation (KSIDC) in collaboration with IBM, veteran American astronaut Steve Smith highlighted the need for simple living to develop focus and perseverance in aspiring space travelers. He praised Kerala’s initiative to incorporate Artificial Intelligence (AI) into the school curriculum.
Smith emphasized that a scientific mindset and engineering knowledge are essential for anyone aspiring to become an astronaut. Additionally, he noted the importance of developing effective communication and interpersonal skills.
