The KSIDC organised Kerala Scaleup Conclave 2024, held at Hotel Taj Vivanta, Kochi on March 4th, 2024, aimed to tackle scaling-up challenges and develop innovative policies for Kerala's startups. P. Rajeev, Minister for Industries, Coir & Law, inaugurated the event. Minister P Rajeeve highlighted that Kerala's industrial future relies on harnessing knowledge. The establishment of industrial parks on professional college campuses, as decided in a cabinet meeting, is a strategic step in this direction.
In support of scaling up, an officer will be designated at KSIDC to expedite the funding process and ensure the prompt initiation of new ventures by young talents. The minister emphasized that this initiative aims to enhance skill capacity and discover latent talent. Additionally, he mentioned upcoming events, including the International AI Conference on Artificial Intelligence and the Robotics Roundtable Conference in July, which are expected to provide new opportunities for young talents and startup entrepreneurs.
